IDFC Alternatives advised of controlling stake in Pristine Logistics and Infra Projects
New Delhi/Mumbai: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised IDFC Alternatives on the acquisition of controlling stake in Pristine Logistics and Infra projects. IDFC was also advised by its in-house legal team.
The General Corporate and Project & Project Finance Practices of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised IDFC on all aspects of the transaction including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and execution of the transaction documents, and providing general corporate, real estate and infrastructure advisory.
The M&A Transaction team was led by Puja Sondhi, Partner; and included Sumeet Singh; Principal Associate, Vasundhara Garg, Senior Associate, Karuna Thapa; Senior Associate, Anant Mishra, Associate and Aakanksha Dalal, Associate.
The Infrastructure and Projects Team was led by V. R. Neelakantan, Partner; and included Arpita Sharma, Associate; and Varun Byreddy, Associate.
The Real Estate advisory team was led by Ashoo Gupta, Partner; and included Pallavi Kishore, Associate and Sonali Sharma, Associate.
IDFC In-house legal team was also involved in the transaction.
As a part of the transaction, IDFC Alternatives acquired controlling stake in Pristine Logistics and Infra projects, a company engaged in business of operating private freight terminals and providing logistics solutions and supply chain management including rail and road transportation, handling and distribution, warehousing storage and other related activities including handling and dealing in cargo containers, management of freight terminals and storage of goods of any nature.
Parties involved in the transaction were IDFC Alternatives and Pristine Logistics and Infra projects Private Limited. The deal was signed on March 28, 2018, and closed in April.
